Love City Brew, the young lady who was working the morning shift Friday, February 17th, 2023 rude and snobby. Considering that I'm a platinum member I know for a fact that you can put money on my card if I ask. So shutting the window and rolling your eyes and yes I saw you do it. Not very professional when training a new employee. Since I have been going to City Brew since 2007 I also know how my drink is supposed to be made and what it tastes like with one shot and what it tastes like with 2 shots. So thanks for making my drink wrong intentionally. For everyone City Brew is great but not this location.

Put in order online for pickup. When we arrived, there was a sign saying be back in a min. Thanks for waiting. We waited over 8 min before calling the montana Ave location only to be told to go to another location. I was back late to work due to this incident. Update. After receiving a response from the owner, I can see how this was an honest mistake and not something this business is in the habit of doing. I love City brew and have had no issues since the original post and can say I visit them regularly. I still order online and have had great products with no issues. Thank you, City Brew, for caring for your customers.

This was my first time at City Brew Coffee, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt great, and their Cool River coffee is honestly the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back!

The Americano from City Brew is the best in town, probably I've ever had. It's hearty, robust and also smooth. And City Brew staff is always friendly and quick. I give them all the stars!

Love this little kiosk on prospect! It's closest to my home and the one I visit most! The coffee and baristas are always great! Leah is so sweet and she makes it a point to remember you! The baristas are always happy and never fail to share a smile with your drink!

The staff is great they know you after a couple times and have your order ready for you right away they're kind very helpful and their food and coffee is amazing!
